I told Matt today that it doesn't feel like my birthday. So he goes, "What day does it feel like?" I go, "Monday."
Over the weekend, I scored at an antique shop with some lovely baubles:

baubles

I'm thinking of mixing them into the pieces I'm making for this lovely event later this month and this one.
I also got lucky and found an old singer sewing table... need to pick it up later today. It's heavy! Pictures to come.
Playing with light...

What a random post, huh? :) Happy Monday!

myra - i hope your blah monday turned out to be a wonderful birthday {or maybe birth-week} filled with the best gift of all: time off & time spent with friends and family! =)

btw, pretty sure you got a steal on that sewing table... we have one that i picked up like 8 yrs ago for about $85 but didn't have the machine still attached not to mention the fact that it works!
