   I know how you feel! I cut 25 inches off and donated it to "locks of love". Have you considered donating it?

   craftyarchitect and PDX Bride: I wanted to donate it! I asked around a couple places and they tell me that they won't take thermally reconditioned hair since it is a chemical process like bleaching. :(
   
   Creative Montage: I do feel "new". It is so liberating. My previous long hair was a ball and chain. It got everywhere... I think it was a hazard! ;)
