Sad weather calls for some sun
Posted on | Monday, April 5, 2010 | 10 Comments
The weather is dumpy in Oregon today. I won't lie. I hate it right now and it's been like this for about 2 weeks. Matt and I planted grass a couple weekends ago when the weather was nice, and it still has not germinated yet! I think it is too cold!
I decided to make this sunshine headband in hopes that it would encourage the sun to come out. Please!

LOVE it!
Yes, I hope the beautiful yellows in this piece bring out the sun in Cali too~ my engagement session is next week and it's suddenly wet and chilly out here too. *Fingers crossed*

Absolutely beautiful! I made a yellow piece awhile back and let me tell you, I think yellow should be the "color of the season". :) Superb workmanship, Myra!!

It worked here! Sun is out now... off to a wedding this evening so its perfect. Thanks Myra! ;) This piece would've have gone fantastically with the bride's dress... do you remember the yellow dress from "how to lose a guy in 10 days"? That's the one! Hope the grass peaks out soon!

Yay for sunshiney colors, I love that headband! I hope it works, because as much as I enjoy being curled up at home when its raining, I have places to go and things to do and I don't want to do them in the rain!
